Fique
Two months in Columbian mountains at a Artist residency, ArteSumapaz. I feel in love with the country and the fibre Fique which I learnt to harvest and created range of textile pieces. Fique is a highly sustainable fibre that the indigenous people of Colombia have used for hundreds of years. The space was dominated by beautiful women inside and out. A place to connect to feminity in all its depths, thus this ensemble evolved.
